Industrial Height Safety
ISC Wales manufactures a range of Industrial Height Safety products, including rope adjustment devices and Fall Arrest Devices such as Fall Arrest Blocks. These blocks are durable, suitable for harsh environments, and come with fall-indicating swivel Karabiners. The new Merlin Fall Arrest Blocks are lightweight and have offset attachment points to keep the line free from extreme bends.

Rope Access
We provide a variety of products for Rope Access and Rescue professionals, including the RED Back-up Device and D4 Work/Rescue Descender. Our range also includes Portable Anchor Devices, Work Positioning Lanyards, Rescue Kits, Karabiners and Pulleys. The D4 Descender has a rated load of 240kg (551lb) and features an innovative progressive cam for precise control. The device also has an auto-lock function and panic brake. Our ISC Portable Anchor Devices are suitable for a range of applications, including Concrete Substrate, Girders and Deadweight Anchors, which require no alteration to the building structure. All our Deadweight Anchors are CE Approved to EN795 B.

Search & Rescue

Our range includes the D4 Work/Rescue Descender, offering precise control and a built-in panic brake function to belay or descend two-person rescue loads. The R-ALF Two-way Auto-locking Rescue Pulley system allows for the safe lifting/lowering of rescue loads with its two-way auto-locking pulley and speed-sensitive over-speed brake. For Rope Access, Work Positioning, Rigging, and Fall Arrest Applications, we offer an extensive range of ISC and Climbtech Portable Anchor Devices, including anchors for concrete substrate, girders, and other metal structures. Our adjustable anchors for I beams can be fitted and adjusted without tools or altering the mounting structure. All our products are available with special tactical finishes, including Black Tactical, NATO, and Military specification finishes. Arborist
We manufacture a full range of Tree Climbing and Arborist Rigging, Lifting and Lowering devices. The wide range of ISC Rigging Pulleys have, over the years, become established as the ‘tried, tested and trusted’ Rigging solution for the Arborist industry. Single Rope Technique (SRT) is one of the biggest developments in the Tree Climbing arena in recent years and the Rope Wrench has been at the forefront of the action since its launch. The Rope Wrench is used to create a ‘bend’ in the rope, above the climber’s hitch. With the addition of a stiff tether, the STRW created a ‘contained double rope system, on a single line of rope. This contained double rope system travels with the climb as they move around the tree, allowing a consistent level of friction on the hitch, which is impossible to achieve in double rope climbing. The Rope Wrench is now officially accepted in ISA affiliated competitions and already has an impressive medal record, achieved by novice and master category climbers! We also manufacture a wide range of Karabiners and Pulleys for climbing and rigging applications. ISC standard and swivel-eye triple action Snaphooks (Registered Community Design). The triple-action feature is unique to ISC Snaphooks and allows climbers to comply with industry best practice, teaming a triple-action gate with the convenience of a Snaphook.
